Strenthnotes.com is a simple fully customizable traning log for tracking strength, cardio,flexibility and skill work.

The training log allows you to build your own custom exercise database and track what variables are important to you. The following variables are currently supported.

  • Weight
  • Body Weight
  • Time/Duration
  • Distance
  • Tempo
  • Rest
  • Progression

Custom workouts are created by you strengthnotes.com provides no pre built workouts. After a workout is created you are able to copy the workout for easy logging while getting feedback on your progress.
