New Feature: Calisthenics Skill Trees
Over the last few weeks, I've been working on a new feature to drastically improve
bodyweight strength tracking.
Unlike traditional weightlifting, achieving advanced skills like a Front Lever, Planche, or Handstand requires
mastering a series of intermediary steps. You can't just add 5 lbs; you have to begin with something as simple as a Tuck FL and steadily
advance your leverage from there.
To solve this, I've introduced Skill Trees. This new feature allows you to build custom progression
paths so you can visually track your advancement step-by-step as you unlock new skills.
To help you get started immediately, the app includes
prebuilt custom skill trees based on the best resources in the community, including:
- Steven Low's Overcoming Gravity book
- The official Overcoming Gravity Progression Chart
- The Reddit Bodyweight
Fitness community
Whether you're building a tree from scratch or using the expert defaults,
you now have a clear roadmap to your next major skill!
